Timberwolves Continue to go Young
September 23rd, 2009 | by jbraaten |The Minnesota Timberwolves have waived Chucky Atkins and will likely part with Mark Blount after saying there would probably not be sufficient playing time for the veteran center. Blount will hang tight in Miami while his agent searches the NBA for opportunites elsewhere. These moves make young bucks like Jonny Flynn, Ramon Sessions, and Kevin Love slighty more valuable from a fantasy and real standpoint. New GM David Kahn is really knocking out the Minnesota fat with his Foreman Grill.
