Sasha Pavlovic Signs With the Timberwolves
September 17th, 2009 | by jbraaten |In a bit of a minor coup, Minnesota has secured the services of veteran swingman Sasha Pavlovic after his contract was bought out by the seemingly inept Phoenix Suns. Apparently Pavlo preferred the opportunity to play in Minny over Madison Square Garden. The Wolves were able to get the 6′7″ shooter on the cheap, as well, for a mere $1.5 million for 2010-11. Since March, David Kahn has come, seen, and completely blown up and rebuilt the T-Pups organization. It’s going to be an interesting season in Sota. With a completely revamped squad and a glitzy coaching staff, the Minnesota Timberwolves franchise is starting to look rather legitimate. Now if they could only fix that ridicuously sterile and quaint arena.
